ABOUT ABIGAIL DOWEIKO
Abigail grew up in Milwaukee and has always focused her studies on helping individuals within the criminal justice system. Abigail started her career after graduating with her bachelor’s degree in criminology and criminal justice working for JusticePoint as a jail screening specialist before going to law school. During law school, Abigail worked as a Law Clerk at Hartley Rauch, gained experience in the Public Defender’s Officer, and interned with the Early Intervention Unit of the District Attorney’s Office, where she gained further knowledge on Diversion and Deferred Prosecution Agreements. After graduating from Marquette University Law School, she began working full time as an Associate Attorney at Hartley Rauch. Abigail also was inducted into the Pro Bono Law Society during law school after being actively involved in the Marquette Volunteer Legal Clinics and the Expungement and Pardon Clinic to assist individuals with various legal needs, specifically a second chance through the pardon application process.
